TERMS OF SERVICE 

These terms of service are not negotiable. All customers must strictly adhere to these regulations to remain in good standing. 

Refunds are NOT issued due to non compliance. 

TRAFFIC TO THESE WEBSITES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Websites with illegal, racist, or hateful content. 
Websites with content like this we deem to be inappropriate for our visitors. 
Phishing URLs, Trojans, Adwares, Malware, etc. Iframes that redirect to malicious websites. 
Frame breaking scripts. Websites with download prompts. 

CAMPAIGN MONITORING 

You can track your traffic campaign with either our tracker or yours. 
If you wish to install a script for tracking on your website, we recommend using Google Analytics for
third party traffic verification. 

UN-AVAILABLITY 

Should a client's website, for whatever reason, become unavailable, the client holds us blameless. 
Should the unavailability be from over-ordering (more traffic than client hosting can handle), the client
is responsible for buying traffic. 
We have no knowledge of the hosting plan of a client so we cannot promise uptime. Any traffic delivered
during the downtime is not refundable.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that his or her website is in working order and to stop the traffic
if the website becomes unavailable. 

SALES/TRAFFIC CONVERSION 

We do not guarantee a client will receive sales / signups / conversions from the web site traffic we send. 
Our only guarantee is that we will send the traffic our client ordered. 
So, if nothing comes from the traffic sent, we are held blameless and will not issue a refund. 

REFUND POLICY 

Because we use the money made from the credits purchase to immediately buy traffic from our partners, refunds are not offered. 
However, our support team can assist and help resolve any traffic issues you have encountered. 

LIABILITY 

In no event shall we be held liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other
damages whatsoever arising from the use of our service. 
We cannot be held responsible if your account is banned by any CPA or affiliate program. 
It is suggested you read carefully the Terms of Service of any program you are planning to use with our service to make sure it is in compliance with their TOS.

First time Buyer's Protection Clause

If this is the 1st time you have ever done business with me I want to assure
you that I am a legitimate businessman.
Therefore, if this is your 1st purchase from me, you can total up the cost of your purchase and pay me half the cost up front.
Once I have contacted you and we have both agreed to the satisfaction of your completed Reflector Page, you can pay the balance.
This assures you that I will do what I promise and it protects me from people who are not serious about making money online.
